Every tool on the market was either too complicated, too expensive, or built for someone other than the field service owner actually running the business.
Why we exist
The people who built LeadZ spent years working with field service businesses — watching owners manage jobs on whiteboards, chase payments over text, and lose leads to voicemail because they were elbow-deep in a furnace.
The software that existed was either built for massive enterprise teams or stitched together from a dozen different tools. We built LeadZ for the owner with 3 trucks and big plans — and it turns out that's most of the market.
"We lived the problem before we built the solution."
The Journey
Our founders ran field service businesses and couldn't find software that wasn't built for enterprises or stitched from a dozen tools.
We built for the owner with 3 trucks and big plans. Turns out that's most of the market.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, locksmiths — real trades running real businesses on LeadZ every day.
Invoices sent, payments collected, jobs closed — and the number keeps climbing.
What we believe
You shouldn't need training to use it. If you need a manual to figure out how to book a job, we failed.
No enterprise contracts, no hidden fees, no "contact sales for pricing." Just numbers, on a page, that you can understand.
When something breaks at 7am before a big install day, you should be able to reach someone. Not a bot. A person.
We don't make money by charging you for seats you don't use or locking you into annual contracts. We grow when you grow.
